We need to create a new tab in each "Site" with the following:

1. We need to transfer the "Site Languages" section from the General Settings tab to this new Languages tab, at the top.
2. We need to create a 2nd section with the following mechanism:

• It will be a table, providing the ability to the user to add as many rows as he wants.
• Each row will consists of two columns.
• The 1st column will be a drop down menu providing all the available countries.
• The 2nd column will provide a drop down menu with all the available languages.

We need to provide the ability to the final user to be able to select specific languages for specific countries. Because there are cases that it is not very clear which language is spoken to which country.. For example in Algeria they speak French. So the final user, must add one row, with Algeria country selected at the 1st field and French language at the 2nd field.

In this case, the system will feed the Channel ordering and Frontend language in case it is supported from the Site. Otherwise, no action will be taken...
