# Channels Backend 1. "Channels" widget must be included in Canva. 2. The backend of the Channels is described below: ## Live Channels ## * When the user will press the "Channels" button, a listing page will be displayed as the example below:  * Each Row will depict a channel content * At the upper right corner an "Add New Channel" button will exist. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ### Add New Channel ### * By clicking the "Add New Channel" button on the upper rigth corner the user will be able to add a new channel using a pop-up menu with the following options: **Main information** Active (TRUE/FALSE field) Language translation field (similar to other pages) Title (Text field) Short description (Small Text field) Description (Small Text field) Genre (Selection field) Country (Selection field) Logo (Selection field, it will provide upload custom logo or select from the logo database) Type (TV or Radio) Order No (Numeric field) **Misc** Headend IP/Port (Text field) Original Service ID (Text Type) **Source** (Check the available options below) For IP: IP address Port Protocol (Drop down field, options: UDP,RTP,HLS,MPEG-DASH,RTSP,RTMP,SRT,HTTP) For DVB-T: DVB-T/T2: Frequency Service ID Modulation (Select field: QAM16,QAM64) Bandwidth (Select field: 6,7,8) LCN (Numeric field) Original Net ID (Numeric field) Network ID (Numeric field) TS ID (Numeric field) For DVB-T2: Frequency Service ID Modulation (Select field: QAM16,QAM64) Bandwidth (Select field: 6,7,8) LCN (Numeric field) Original Net ID (Numeric field) Network ID (Numeric field) TS ID (Numeric field) For DVB-C: Frequency Service ID Modulation (Select field: QAM16,QAM32,QAM64,QAM128,QAM256) Bandwidth (Select field: 6,7,8) Symbol Rate (Numeric field) LCN v Original Net ID (Numeric field) Network ID (Numeric field) TS ID (Numeric field) ## General Guidelines ## * All the above fields must be available as columns in all listing pages * All the above fields must have several filtering options in all listing pages ## Canvas side ## From the canvas side under the "Audio & Video" menu we need to add the following widgets: * Channel list widget The Channel list widget will be a table consisting of several rows and columns, specified from the user. Each box, will consists of the channel logo as well as its name. The size and the number of rows and columns will be specified by the user. * Genre widget The Genre widget will be a drop down menu providing all available options. The user will be able to adjust its size The translation will be depicted from the appropriate trabslation field. * Group widget The Group widget will be a drop down menu providing all available options. The user will be able to adjust its size The translation will be depicted from the appropriate trabslation field. * Country widget The Country widget will be a drop down menu providing all available options. The user will be able to adjust its size The translation will be depicted from the appropriate trabslation field.
