# TV registration procedure - Frontend

From the client side, which is a professional TV or STB, the registration procedure is as following:

* Once the TV or STB have succesfully setup and they communication with the Prime server (cloud or local) the following screen must appear:

This screen displays the following information

* Vendor

*Serial No

*Model

*Firmware

*IP address

*MAC

*Subnet

*Gateway

*Site Unique Identifier  (9 digit field)

*Room No                 (5 digit field)

*Create Room             (Toggle switch)

*Auto Assign License     (Toggle switch)

*Register button

The registration scenario goes as follow:

* From a first view, the user is able to read several info regarding the device like vendor, model name, IP address, MAC etc...

* Next the user must set the Site's Unique ID to register this specific device to a specific site.  (We are consider that site already exists)

* By setting the room number and having the Create room option enable, the system automatically creates a room instance, it registers this specific device in this room and it registers this specific room in this specific site.

  In case, Create Room option is disabled, no action is taken from the cloud as described above. If the Room does not exist (or left blank) the device is registered normally in the specific site, but it remains unassigned regarding the room. 

* By setting the Auto license options, if there are available licenses in the account, the TV is auto-license. Otherwise, it displays a message " Not available license"

* By clicking the "Register" button" the registration procedure is initiated from the system
