Description
In "Update program source" popup windown we must do the following improvements:
- when we've already setup a specific program in this specific site, it must be removed from the list
- when IP source is selected, Protocol, IP address and port must be mandatory
- In all cases, Origitan Service ID, Headend IP Address and Headend port must be optional
