Description

Under TV/Radio channels tab in Room, the user must be able to select multiple TV/Radio groups.
Caution
The available groups in the drop down menu must be from all the available groups that the user has assinged to this specific Site, in which the room belongs too.

Same functionality as above must be added for Groups of Rooms as well
